LOVED BootKamp! LOVED it! I truly never thought I'd EVER feel this way about exercising but I LOVE it!! (did I mention I LOVE it? 'Cuz I do!) I love that you challenged me today with heavy weights. I love that I pushed myself to do it. I love that I ran in warm-ups and didn't walk. I loved that I didn't throw up today!
I did hate the lunges but that's nothing new - I always hate them! And doing them after running through those orange thingies SUCKED!!!! But, I did it and I'm proud of myself for doing them.
Thanks, Kerri, for making this fitness challenge something that was appealing to me. Working with you is awesome! (weighing myself in front of you - not so awesome - but I'll weigh less next week, damn it!)

Boy, were you right!
I woke up this morning thinking I had the flu as my body ached EVERYWHERE.
When I didn’t have a fever to go along with it, I figured out it was PAIN from class!
Thanks for helping me discover muscles in areas I couldn’t imagine they would be!

Hi Kerri,
I just want to say how much I love your Bootkamps. I can tell alot when I
come to regular classes the benefits I have reaped from these classes.
Yesterday was awesome and I am so glad you added more weight because in
the regular classes I hesitate, not sure I can actually do it and I don't
want to hurt myself.. But now you have helped me to over come my fears.
