Watch for the GRAND opening coming soon. We will be open all day and the first 100 people to sign up for our auto withdraw membership at $40/month (No Sign Up Fees) are locked in at that rate for life.

NEW CLASS
Starting on February 1st, 2012 CXWORX is included in your $40/month auto withdrawal membership at No Extra Charge.

OTHER NOTES
We are taking our Wednesday 10 a.m. TRX off the schedule beginning in February and replacing it with CXWORX.

Sam's Thursday night Combat Class will be changed to 5:30 p.m. to allow more people to get to this class !
Beginning in February we will only hold one Spin/Ball class at 6 p.m. and any Thursday Body Combat participants are welcome to stay and join us for the
6:30 p.m. Ball portion of the workout (provided we "have enough balls" to go around).
